The Strengthening Power of Faith

    Judy gave a great lesson yesterday about 'The Strengthening Power of Faith'.  President George Albert Smith taught: ' Faith is a gift from the Lord through which the righteous are empowered to do remarkable things.'  The power of faith is evident in the lives of righteous Saints in this dispensation. It is this principle that points us heavenward, that gives us hope in the battle of life.  When we become confused, and find ourselves confronted by obstacles we, seemingly, cannot overcome, having faith in the Redeemer of the world, we can go to Him and know that out prayers will be answered for our good.
     I am a firm believer in the power of faith.  If we go to the Lord with faith in our hearts, we will receive answers to our prayers.
